Reginald Frederick is a Louisiana born son of the soulful South whose smooth blend is reminiscent of the incomparable Kenny G flavored with the funk groves of
artist such as EWF.

artist such as EWF.
His love affair with music began in junior high when his band director put a saxophone in his hands for the very first time. Though his gospel roots ran strong, he
soon began acquiring a broad knowledge and appreciation of various other styles of music, most especially Jazz and R&B. It wasn’t long before the smooth melodic
sound that is Reginald Frederick began to emerge. While a music major at Louisiana Tech University, his talent caught the attention of the Ruston Civic Symphony
who presented him in performance as a classical solo artist. Throughout his career, his gift and skill have afforded him numerous opportunities as a prolific solo
artist, band member, and creative artist.
